🔹 Key Responsibilities

·         Promote and sell spare parts, maintenance packages, and service contracts

·         Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong relationships

·         Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base

·         Provide quotations and follow up on sales inquiries

·         Coordinate with Parts and Service Departments to ensure timely delivery

·         Monitor customer machine population and service needs

·         Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

·         Prepare sales reports and update customer records

·         Support marketing activities and promotions

·         Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

·         Develop call plan and submit call reports to the manager on time

·         Perform other tasks assigned by PSSR Supervisor/Manager.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (parts/services/automotive or machinery industry preferred)
• Good technical understanding of machinery or equipment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and travel for field visits
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, CRM system)
• English proficiency
• Valid driving license (preferred)
