🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and online inquiries
- Identify correct spare parts based on customer needs
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Process parts sales transactions accurately
- Follow up on customer inquiries and backorders
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer records
- Develop call plan and record all customer visits, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system and keep customer information updated.
- Support inventory control and stock management
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Perform other tasks assigned by Parts Manager
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
· Minimum 2 years of sales experience (parts/automotive or machinery industry preferred)
· Basic knowledge of machinery or automotive parts (advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, ERP system)
- English proficiency
